Today, I will honor the Lord with praises of thanksgiving and gratitude. No complaining. All day only positive things shall come out of my mouth. I will bless the Lord at all times and his praises shall continually be in my mouth. Try this all day and see if you will feel a lot better. You will notice that your situation does not feel as intense as before. The atmosphere will change for the better and most of all, the Lord will love it!
