In my everyday walk with the Lord I want to always remember what he has done for me. It is important that my focus stay on the things of God. It is difficult sometimes to balance everything in life and temptation is ever present for exclusive personal gain. With distractions all about I ask that the Lord turn my eyes away from things that will not benefit me and may even cause more trouble. But I take comfort in living in and according to his word. Turning my heart toward his statues and turning my eyes away from worthless things will benefit me in the long run regardless of any other circumstances. The word of the day is “turn”.
