Recently, I traveled to Atlanta, Georgia on assignment for a musician job. We decided to try a Mexican restaurant by the name of Barberitos. Today, I was in the mood for a burrito. The burrito is served with Rice, Beans, Pico De Gallo, Cheese, and Protein & Veggies in a Tortilla of your choice (Flour, Wheat, Chipotle or Spinach). All Burritos are served with a side of chips and salsa off of their fresh salsa bar. I chose the spicy chicken and beef burrito with black beans and the trimmings. The chewiness of the soft, heated tortilla mixed with the spiciness of the chicken, melted cheese and veggies made this a delightful explosion to the palate. The burritos are very heavy and must be cut in half. You will more than get your money’s worth. The chips are crunchy and tasty. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The cashier even came to our sitting area to check to make sure that we were happy with the dining experience. This burrito definitely has a more distinguished taste than burritos that I’ve had at other major franchises that serve burritos.
