When I look back over my life, I cannot believe how fast the time has gone by. I remember Elementary School like it was yesterday. I had fun in Middle School and was vibrant in High School. Years later, I have been married a couple of times, divorced two husbands and I have 3 grown children. College is like a blur and I’ve been an educator for 20 years now. Even before that, I traveled with a live band and recorded and wrote songs for a recording choir and television production for over 10 years. Within all of that time, I raised children as a single mother, helped to take care of an elderly woman for 15 years until she transitioned and also looked after another elderly lady until she passed away. At this time in my life I am reinventing myself. The sky is the limit and the best is yet to come. I do not regret what I did with the years of my life so far. I am still serving children and families outside of work through private community service. I am grateful to God for allowing me to serve people and to live as happily as possible. Yes, I did experience devastation as well. I lost in death two parents and my oldest child, but God was with me. Make use of your time here on earth and touch lives while you are doing it. Don’t waste your life. Enjoy it and help others. That’s what it’s all about.
This is me in the year of 2018. I look forward to God’s continual blessings on my life and the ability to help and bless others. There is a healing in giving to others. Live to give and give to live! I Love you.
