If you did not get a chance to fulfill your new year’s resolutions, it is alright. If you did not meet some of your goals, it is OK. If this year has been a rough year for you, then take a deep breath and relax. When the “count down” happened on December 31, 2017, there was excitement in the air that 2018 would be the year! However, life is life and life happens. We had no idea what this year would bring. Many people had the worst year ever this year. Others were delighted at how things turned around in their favor. However, there are two months left in this year as of today. Do not fret over what did not happen and try not to over exert your thoughts on things that did happen and were not pleasing to you. Embrace the fact that you are still here and that life operates in seasons and not necessarily months. For the remainder of this year, take time out to enjoy the people who love you. Be grateful for another chance to create new goals. When December 31, 2018 comes this year, relax and go with the flow. Enjoy every moment of everyday. Encourage others to do the same. Trouble does not last always. Expect the best and enjoy the best. Make sure your thought patterns are positive and be sure to exert positive vibes and energy. Speak positive affirmations daily to set the tone. Remember that the “rough is only mental.” Take time to bask in the moment and take a hold to living your best life right this moment.
