“Without weakening in his faith, he (Abraham) faced the fact that his body was as good as dead…since he was about a hundred years old and that Sarah’s womb was dead. Yet he did not waver in unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised.” Romans 4:19-21
If you have dead situations in your life, this is a great time to examine your perspective. Just when it seems like victory may never be yours, shake yourself and stand tall with shoulders back and declare that God will do what he said. There is no room or any time for wavering in your faith. Either you believe God will do it or you don’t. I can’t think of a more personal trial than Abraham and Sarah. Really, think about this, waiting to be parents at a hundred years old? Wow!
What are your dead situations? Are you having concerns about your relationships, career, financial issues, health issues, or spiritual concerns? Well, without weakening in your faith, face the fact that your situations look dead. But do not waiver in your faith but strengthen your faith and give glory to God. It doesn’t matter what your concerns are, God can handle it. Be fully persuaded that God will do what he said he will do because he will!
