What Time Is It?

“There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven: a time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot, a time to kill and a time to heal, a time to tear down and a time to build, a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance, a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them…”

Ecclesiastes 3:1 -5

“God has an eternal plan that includes the purposes and activities of every person on earth. We must give ourselves to God as holy sacrifices, allow the Holy spirit to accomplish God’s plan for us, and be careful not to be out of God’s will and miss his timing and purpose for our lives” (Study Notes NIV)

At this stage in my life the timing that I want is perfect timing for every aspect of my life. In other words, I do not want to waste time doing something that I thought I was supposed to do, but it wasn’t in God’s perfect will. I do believe that the Lord will sit back and wait until I am done with my episodes of so-called enlightenment in which I thought I was doing something that was in the plan for my life. But that is not good for me because I am living in a time zone and God is not. However, if I seek him and allow him to guide me, then I will not waste time. Wow! It took me years to get that one! So, I choose not to waste any more time and I want the Lord to show me the way so that my life will chime in perfect harmony. That is what it is time for me to do. What time is it for you?
