Make Mother’s Day Easier This Year

Happy Mother’s Day to all nurturers of children. You deserve the very best! If there is someone in your life who is still here for you to appreciate for nurturing you, then please take time to appreciate them. Let me share with you ways in which my children helped to make my life so much easier this Mother’s Day, and this was an entire weekend event. I received a delivery at my door. To my surprise, it was a beautiful vase of flowers, a scented candle, a case of purified water and groceries for a gourmet dinner. Salmon, fresh asparagus, caesar salad, Beef Pot Roast w/country vegetables, Southwest style Black Bean & vegetables, and chicken and rice were more than I could ask for. Cashews, Almonds and Pecans were included for snack or cooking. My favorite dessert is Ferrero Rocher Fine Hazel Chocolates, which was also included. I feel so blessed and feel like I have some of the most awesome children in the world. All of them love and look after me very well. They do this all of the time. Tomorrow will follow with more family time, another gourmet dinner and gifts.

As mommies get busier and older, they may not feel like rushing through the “hustle and bustle” to go shopping. If they are raising children or helping to raise grandchildren, this act of kindness is especially appreciated. If you can, drop off their favorite groceries or have it delivered. Thank you! 🙂
Drinking enough water is super healthy. Make it easy on your mom or loved one by dropping off a case of water or have it delivered. Thank you! 🙂

We are living it times that can be challenging. Keeping your loved ones safe and in good positive vibes are essential. This year my kids made arrangements to have dinner delivered and to have a gourmet meal with them in their home. I love the cozy and homey feeling of spending time with my family. This is such a wonderful way to enjoy our dinner parties rather than dining in a crowded restaurant. I love dining in restaurants. However, this year, this is what works best for me.

My kids are so wonderful. Thank you my darlings for your love and for the wonderful gifts.

If you have someone who mentored and nurtured you, take time to make a phone call or visit them to tell them how much you appreciate them. Drop off or send a delivery if you can. Make this holiday and future special times like this easier for them this year. If you are that person who has nurtured others, then please know that you are priceless and appreciated.
