God in all of his majesty is worthy of all of our praises. Need we say more? He is the true and living God, the great I AM, the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords, the Prince of Peace and he is the Royal Majesty.

I choose to praise the one who made me. He is the potter and I am the clay. It is my choice to allow him to make and mold me into what he wants me to be. The process is long and slow at times. But no matter how long it takes for God to mold me, I am to give him praises continually. I will bless the Lord at all times. His praises shall continually be in my mouth. If no one else ever deserves praise, the one who created me does. Praise the one who made you!

Vacation – freedom or release from duty, business, or activity.

A friend of mine from New York shared an office at one time in our line of work. Everyday as we walked to the parking lot at the end of the day to go home, we would say in unison to each other, “Go home and take your daily vacation. No work allowed.” Our work in the office was very intense, busy, hectic, unpredictable, and stressful. However, we found the time to laugh and enjoy moments of calm. We learned to balance work and home and we learned to embrace life moment by moment. Take time out in your day to take daily vacations in the form of mental breaks with mediation, physical breaks with stretching or exercise, emotional breaks with happy thoughts and self regulation, and any type of pampering that you so richly deserve. Take time out in the day to enjoy freedom or release from duty, business or activity.
