In these uncertain times remember to keep your wits about you. Be strong and vigilant. Keep your mind in a peaceful state and free from worry, anxiety, stress and strife. No matter what is going on in the world, think thoughts of power, peace and success. Stay calm and remember that you are a survivor. Place your matters and concerns in the Master’s hands. He knows everything and is control. With everything within you, pull yourself together mentally, spiritually and emotionally. Someone needs you. Someone needs you to be strong. With all of your might make up in your mind that you will be victorious in all things. You can do it.

In today’s world, life is so busy and hectic at times. It is important to set aside a time to relax your mind everyday. Even if it is for just ten minutes, it is worth it. Whether it is through meditation or just through being quiet enough to hear your thoughts, a peaceful mind generates power. I set aside an hour every morning for this purpose alone. It sets the tone for my day and it helps me to focus on what’s important. Make it your priority to practice cleansing your mind of doubt, fear, anxiety, restlessness, negative thoughts and anything that hinders your progress and peace. It can be done right where you are. Until the next post, clear your thoughts, be at peace in your mind, and embrace your happiness.
