Spontaneous Enjoyment

Take time out to be spontaneous whenever possible and interrupt the moment.  Spontaneous enjoyment should be a goal at least once a month. Having a routine is important to stay organized. But sometimes it’s just nice to break away from the day to day and the hour to hour to become inspired and refreshed.  Today, I took the time to do just that. I spent Saturday afternoon in Cocoa, Florida with a friend. The scenery was different but radiant. The people and culture were fascinating. Even the air seemed fresher to breathe. The sun glistened and the flowers and trees seemed to welcome us in serene ambiance. I totally enjoyed the brief get away and I plan to go back again. What a pleasant and spontaneous treat! Mission accomplished.
