I had the most amazing Birthday cake this year. It’s the Chantilly cake. It is three layers of cake filled with raspberry purée, orange zest, and fresh blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries. The frosting is made of whipped cream, cream cheese and mascarpone cheese and there is a layer of brandy sauce or almond sauce between each layer.
