Coming into one’s own happens to some people very easily. With the right support this can happen at an early age. In my case, it was a long process. Getting through childhood, marriages, having babies, going to college, working several jobs, being on tour for music production, participating in other productions including television, supporting philanthropy and hobbies and many other situations made it difficult to focus on being the real me.
But now I have the freedom to explore aspects of my life that I never had time for before. It feels so good to be in this space to have the freedom to do what I want and when I want. I feel that I’ve earned it and I am certainly going to enjoy it. Take time in your life to be free to explore your options. Try something new and do it without any reservations or regrets.
