Outback Restaurant

Well, it is the season for summer fun with friends and family. Today, we dined at an Outback restaurant in North Florida. I tried the loaded potato with bacon, cheese, chives and sour cream. The bone-in ribeye steak was medium well cooked and moist. Beef is not something that I normally eat. But today, it was a treat. The service at this restaurant was friendly, but they were short of help. Our order took over 35 minutes, but it was worth the wait. This bone-in Ribeye steak and loaded potato was delicious!

The croutons were crispy and buttery in this amazing caesar salad.

The blooming onion is still a favorite as an appetizer or even an entree.

Make sure that you try the sweet tea if that’s your thing. It tastes like it’s made in the sun on a country farm. Add a lemon slice and this drink takes it to another level. Magnificent!
