In today’s world, life is so busy and hectic at times. It is important to set aside a time to relax your mind everyday. Even if it is for just ten minutes, it is worth it. Whether it is through meditation or just through being quiet enough to hear your thoughts, a peaceful mind generates power. I set aside an hour every morning for this purpose alone. It sets the tone for my day and it helps me to focus on what’s important. Make it your priority to practice cleansing your mind of doubt, fear, anxiety, restlessness, negative thoughts and anything that hinders your progress and peace. It can be done right where you are.
